# Channel & Content Management

The Channel Customization tab is the command center for your virtual broadcast network. This page covers how to navigate the channel list, modify individual station settings, and expand your lineup.

#### Sorting and Filtering

The header toolbar provides bulk manipulation tools and advanced filter layers to manage massive station lineups with ease:

* **Live Filter Input:** Type any phrase or 4-digit channel number to filter the active cards instantly without triggering a full dashboard refresh.
* **Lineup Ordering Segmented Control:** Cycle through sorting views with a click:
  * **`#` (Channel Number):** View rows chronologically by guide alignment.
  * **`A–Z` (Alphabetical):** Arrange rows strictly by title.
  * **`Pack`:** Cluster stations by their mapped structural containers.
  * **`Prov` (Provider):** Isolate core internal templates from imported live feeds.
  * **`Shuffle`:** Apply a randomized daily configuration rotation profile.
* **Bulk Visibility Adjustments:** Use the three-dot overflow drawer to execute macro changes across all stations instantly:
  * Force show or hide all stations globally.
  * Sweep and hide empty channels containing no mapped media files.
  * Hide factory default stations to reveal only your custom builds.
* **View Mode Overrides:** Enforce structural parental control filters (**Adult Mode** and **Kid Mode**) locally to hide or show targeted blocks dynamically.

#### 📡 Extended Cloud Features

The web view embeds dedicated interface cards to bridge external live television streams seamlessly into your guide grid:

* **Plex Live TV Integration:** Map over 600 free, ad-supported linear feeds linked to your Plex account directly into the matrix—no Plex Pass required. Includes an expandable checklist to selectively drop entire thematic genres or individually suppress target streams.
* **Jellyfin / Emby Live TV Hook:** Ingest active DVR and hardware tuner streams directly from your paired media servers.

#### 🏷️ Channel Pack Management

Assign your stations to structural network blocks using the integrated **Channel Packs** multi-select dropdown framework:

* **Default Lineup Synchronization:** The picker flags built-in blocks with an explicit `default` tag so you can quickly differentiate standard station paths from custom packs.
* **Dynamic Group Actions:** Use the toolbar utility to generate a **`+ New Pack`** template directly from the browser window or bulk-edit existing configurations.

### Expanded Channel View

Channel settings have the same set of settings. These match what is seen on the mobile app.

#### ⚙️ Interactive Customization Parameters

Clicking any channel card opens its comprehensive configuration workspace. All modifications save to your local engine loop automatically behind the scenes:

* **General Settings Identity:** Modify display numbers, alter titles, or upload raw image files to change station logos instantly.
* **Live Streaming Pipeline:** Toggle **Live Stream Channel** to transform the station into a dedicated network pass-through. Paste any HTTP/HTTPS audio or video stream URL (including HLS, MPEG-TS, or Shoutcast/Icecast feeds) and use the **Test Stream** utility to verify connection safety.
* **Content Priority Guardrails:** Turn on **Remove Duplicates** to enforce strict media priority filtering. Fine-tune your server resolution targets (e.g., `Prefer highest` or `Prefer lowest`) to ensure the engine always picks the ideal file.
* **Language Customization:** Override default language settings per channel to set precise, localized rules for preferred audio tracks and subtitle rendering behaviors.
* **WeatherStar 4000+ Automation:** For dedicated weather simulation stations, control raw ticker pacing speeds, cycle analog CRT scanline overlays, configure regional metrics, and map local location criteria manually to drive real-time forecast graphics loops.
